Shining Stars (3-year-olds): This class is designed to build strength, coordination and self-confidence within your increasingly
independent child. Sequencing, patterns, colors, shapes, and numbers are incorporated as the child continues to achieve
more flexibility, strength and balance. 45 minutes.

Sports Skills (3-6): Prepare your child
for the demands of sports particpation and help prevent injuries. This class incorporates sports-specific movements and general
strength training required in all sports. Exercises designed to develop balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, endurance,
and power will all be introduced. Participants will be exposed to a variety of sports. 60 minutes. How to enroll

Core Stars (5-year-olds): This class focuses on gymnastic skill development, the building blocks for all other athletic
endeavors. Additional fitness skills and healthy habits are introduced throughout the year. 60 minutes.

CORE
Fit KIDS (all ages): This class is for children whose parents are participating in the CORE Fit class. During
this hour children will be entertained with gymnastics, games, and activities so that the parents can focus on improving their
fitness level. 60 minutes.
