Boys & Girls Lil Ninja

This high-octane combination of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement is designed to harness the limitless energy of young boys for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character. 45 min.

In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Sport International and CORE Kids Academy requires uniforms (Ninja t-shirt and headband) for all Ninja Zone classes. The uniform is purchased separately. An email with the link will be sent after class enrollment.

Boys Ninja Zone (Yellow)
Boys 7-13
This class is an invite-only class for students who have been enrolled in our Ninja Zone program and have demonstrated the necessary level of proficiency in the fundamental Ninja skills. The yellow Ninja class is the next level class in the Ninja Zone program, with Ninjas progressing to skills including: front flips, back flips, flying gainers and kip-ups. Purchase of yellow wristband required.

Ages 7-13
This class is an invite-only class for students who have been enrolled in our Ninja Zone program and have demonstrated the necessary level of proficiency in the fundamental Ninja skills. The green Ninja class is the third level in the Ninja Zone program, with Ninjas progressing to skills including: front flips, back flips, flying gainers and kip-ups. Purchase of green wristband required.
