Term Dates: The fall/spring schedule is divided into four 8 week sessions (Terms 1-4) and one 6 week session (Term 5).

CORE Fit (Adults):  Calling all adults! Would you like to be as strong as your CORE Kid? If so, this class is for you! This class combines functional fitness and stretching to achieve a maximum workout. Develop your personal fitness goals through personal training in a group setting. 60 minutes.$80 per 8 week session or $12 per class for "drop-in format".

CORE Fit KIDS (Ages 3 and up): Now mom and child can work out at the same time! This class is designed for children whose parent is participating in the CORE Fit adult class. Fun fitness games and gymnastics obstacle courses will keep your child busy while you meet your personal fitness goals in our adult class. 60 minutes. $80 per 8 week session or $12 per class for "drop-in" format.
